Le Marché Jagalchi est le plus grand marché de fruits de mer, de la Corée. Après la Guerre de Corée, le marché s’est solidifié comme un marché de poissons. La plupart des gens qui y vendent du poisson sont des femmes, et ainsi, celles-ci sont appelées Jagalchi Ajumma, Ajumma signifiant femmes mariées ou femmes d’âge moyen.
