Es el único en el mundo que posee la concentración de cines que estrenan las películas del festival, por lo tanto, su potencial de crecimiento es enorme. Es más, últimamente también es visitado por cantidad de jóvenes y turistas, ya que el lugar se está convirtiendo en un complejo cultural de entretenimiento y de compras.
