Se trata de un parque ubicado a los pies del monte Gwanggyosan, en la ciudad de Suwon. Está compuesto por los estanques Woncheon y Sindaejeo y tiene todas las características de un parque ribereño, con zonas temáticas para sacarse fotos e instalaciones de tipo cultural. Es el parque de su tipo más grande del país.

Antigua Residencia de Chang Ucchin (장욱진고택)

Esta fue la antigua vivienda de Chang Ucchin, un famoso artista coreano, uno de los primeros en adoptar el estilo occidental en la pintura coreana. Chang fue autor de numerosas obras de arte mientras vivió en esta casa desde 1986 hasta su fallecimiento. El lugar fue declarado como Patrimonio Cultural Nacional en 2008 y se trata de una construcción de estilo tradicional hanok con más de 120 años, a lo que se suma un edificio de estilo occidental añadido posteriormente, a propósito de la obra Scene with a Car de 1953. Los visitantes pueden admirar los muros de ladrillo rojo a la vista, el techo negro y la entrada principal que se ve justo igual que la pintura. La construcción hanok tiene una forma cuadrado e incluye las estancias de anchae (cuarto interior) y sarangchae (área de invitados y estudio). El edificio anexo es hoy en día utilizado como salón de té tradicional y tienda de suvenires.

Observatorio Freiburg de Gwanggyo (광교 프라이부르크전망대)

El Observatorio Freiburg de Gwanggyo es un edificio nuevo ubicado en el Parque del Lago Gwanggyo, en Suwon, inspirado en la torre del Parque del Lago de Friburgo, en Alemania. Representa el establecimiento de la relación de ciudades hermanas entre Suwon y Friburgo y el objetivo de Suwon de convertirse en una ciudad respetuosa con el medio ambiente. Desde aquí se tiene una gran vista de los lagos Woncheon y Sindae.
