La residencia refleja el estilo de vida de un campesino común durante la dinastía Joseon. Consta de tres edificios: el edificio principal, la casa de huéspedes conocida como sarangchae y el anexo. Hay un centro de experiencias en el interior que ofrece ceremonias del té y juegos tradicionales.
