Buramsan Butterfly Garden (불암산나비정원)

Buramsan Butterfly Garden is located within Buramsan Healing Town in Nowon. It is an exhibition garden where one can observe live butterflies all year round. The main building's first floor comprises an incubation center, a breeding center, and a butterfly greenhouse while the second floor is used as an insect education center. At the insect education center, visiors can observe materials related to and specimens of endangered insect species. Groups require a reservation in advance.

Yoojung Restaurant (유정식당)

Yoojung Restaurant is well-known, despite being located in a side-street, thanks to its having been frequented often by BTS members during their training days. BTS fans will love seeing the many pictures and posters of BTS decorating the walls, and can enjoy the same dishes loved by their idols. The restaurant was included in the MICHELIN Guide Seoul 2020. Visitors must place a reservation at least a day in advance before the visit. Poom Seoul can be found near Exit 6 of Cheongdam Station.

Gwangjingyo 8th Avenue is the only cultural area in Korea located beneath a bridge. Not just a performance venue, the building also houses a gallery depicting the 100-year history of the Hangang River and a Hangang Renaissance Project Promotion Room, which provides a glimpse of developers’ plans to further revive the river into a prime leisure spot for citizens and tourists.

Thanks to its location under the Gwangjingyo Bridge in Hangang Park (Gwangnaru area), Gwangjingyo 8th Avenue affords a scenic view of the river as seen from its glass observatory. Live performances are held on Friday or weekend nights; applications can be made online and a few winners are chosen at random to watch each performance.

Gebang Sikdang’s gejang (marinated crab) was so highly rated that the restaurant was included in the MICHELIN Guide Seoul 2023. Gejang (marinated crab) is a dish where blue crab, cleanly washed and prepared, is marinated and aged in a sauce made with soy sauce, chili pepper powder, garlic, ginger, rice malt, etc. The restaurant is most famous for its ganjang gejang (soy sauce marinated crab) and yangnyeom gejang (spicy marinated crab). Other popular dishes include kkotgetang (spicy blue crab stew) and gejang bibimbap (marinated crab bibimbap). Set menus come with steamed rice, soup, and side dishes.
