Situé à Gwacheon (station de métro Seoul Racecourse Park, ligne 4), l’hippodrome de Séoul possède 1 400 chevaux et organise des courses le week-end entre 11h et 17h30. Il peut accueillir plus de 50 000 spectateurs. Les tribunes sont situées dans deux bâtiments du nom de Happy Ville et Lucky Ville, et permettent d’assister aux courses de chevaux dans un cadre agréable. Les deux bâtiments ont une surface totale de 110 550 m².

Le parc accueille non seulement un champ de course hippique, mais possède également de nombreuses installations annexes pour les familles, parmi lesquelles un parc familial, une zone d’activité équestre et un musée du cheval.
