Situé quelque part entre la plage d’Haeundae et la plage Gwangalli, le parc riverain Millak est le premier parc de ce type du pays avec une combinaison de mer et d’espaces détente. Le parc (environ 33 000㎡) peut accueillir plus de 40 000 personnes. Le Centre de Voile de Busan fut utilisé pendant les Jeux d’Asie en 1986 et les Jeux Olympiques en 1988 à Séoul. Le centre est reconnu dans le monde pour la qualité de ses installations et il dispose de 1300 bateaux au total. Le centre est situé à Haeundae où l’on trouve aussi la route Dalmaji, la plage Haeundae, l'île Dongbaek, la plage Sonjeong et la plage Gwangalli.
