Memilchon Makguksu gained public attention for its delicious gondeure bap (thistle rice) and makguksu (buckwheat noodles) after appearing in the television show "Wednesday Food Talk." The restaurant has even earned patents for their original recipes of certain dishes. The most popular menu item is Gondeure Set Menu, which includes a thistle hot pot rice served along with a variety of side dishes. High1 Haneulgil Trekking trails were created using the Baegunsan Mountain hiking trail and roads used by coal miners in the past.
